Project Analyst, PMO, Bristol, Financial Services, £300 per day outside ir35
Fuse are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to assist with the coordination and progression of the delivery activity on a transition project, working closely with the project manager, business analyst and PMO.
The candidate must have demonstrable experience of working in a complex and fast-moving project delivery environment, able to combine analysis capabilities with organisation skills. Collaboration and communication with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the successful rollout of the new service will be key.
The successful candidate will need very strong excel skills and experience of maintaining a project library of documentation and RACI matrix for reviewers and approvers, ensuring progression of document sign off and accurate record keeping.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- At least 5 years demonstrable project/business analyst and/or PMO analyst experience within financial services business/IT change projects.
- Proficiency in obtaining, maintaining, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in understanding project timelines and working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain project documentation and ensuring accurate version control and configuration management.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage governance meetings and workshops and maintaining project action logs.
- Experience in user testing.
