As a specialist team of recruitment experts, each of our consultants has at least ten years of experience – armed with the knowledge, contacts, and skills to support complex transformation projects. We are hungry. We are ambitious. We are capable. We are Fuse.

With over 15 years in recruitment, Rich has managed people and placements across numerous change and transformation projects, working with clients from FTSE 100 organisations to well-known charities. Rich leads Fuse Group with the same approach that has defined his career – a genuine interest in people: their motivations, career journeys, and future ambitions. This focus on partnership and delivery is at the heart of Fuse’s success.
