Fuse sparked into life in 2016 – founded on the ethos of facilitating change in a world that’s changing faster than ever before. In that time we have placed more than 500 people into specialist change and transformation roles.

Across 15 years in recruitment Rich has helped orchestrate people and placements across scores of change and transformation projects, for clients ranging from FTSE 100 organisations to household name charity organisations. Rich leads Fuse Group in the style he has operated throughout his career, leading with a genuine fondness for learning about people: their motivations, their career paths, their ambitions for the future. It is this approach that has led the Fuse Group team to continuing success, through ensuring partnership and delivery are at the core of everything they do.
