Business Analyst, 12 month FTC, £74k + 10-15% bonus, very good pension and benefits
Fuse are working with a leading Life & Pensions client in London to recruit a Business Analyst on a 12 month FTC.
The successful BA will work on a Finance Transformation Programme, so we require a strong background in finance transformation. Specific knowledge in products: insurance, protection, annuities, bonds and home finance; and the business disciplines we serve such as actuarial, compliance and risk.
This business analyst role will be working with the finance modernisation team as well as the actuarial reporting team.
Experience / Skills
We are looking for an experienced Ba with a background in actuarial reporting modernisation activities.
Essential:
- Experience in Actuarial Reporting in a Life Insurance Company
- Experience in delivering BA support to business change programmes in LifeCo finance and actuarial teams.
- A strong understanding of actuarial valuation and reporting processes and systems.
- A broad understanding of Life Company reporting requirements, specifically IFRS and Solvency II.
- Ability to relate to accountants and actuaries; and to help them structure their requirements for change
- Experienced in appropriately tracking delivery and supporting actuaries to overcome challenges / issues to ensure outcomes are delivered on time
